How to Change Your Facebook Page Username and Web Address (URL)

Why Updating Your Facebook Page Username & Web Address Matters
Your Facebook web address is often the first touchpoint a potential customer has with your brand online. A clean, branded URL does more than look good — it directly impacts discoverability and trust.
Brand Consistency
Align your Facebook URL (e.g., facebook.com/yourbusiness) with your official company name, website, and social handles so customers can find you instantly.
Higher Search Visibility
A customized vanity URL improves local SEO, making your page easier to discover on both Google and Facebook search.
Professionalism & Trust
A clean, custom web address looks far more trustworthy on print materials, business cards, email signatures, and ads than an auto-generated string of numbers.
