    As a founder, your instinct is to control every aspect of your business. But as you grow, this instinct becomes your biggest bottleneck. Every hour spent on inbox management or scheduling is an hour taken away from high-leverage growth tasks.

    Step 1: The Audit

    Start by tracking your time for one week. Categorize tasks into: Only I can do this, Someone else can do this with training, and Anyone can do this. Your goal is to eliminate the third category immediately.

    Step 2: Document the Process

    You can't delegate what you haven't documented. Record Loom videos of your recurring tasks. Write down the steps. Create a standard operating procedure (SOP) for the task.

    Step 3: Trust and Verify

    Delegation is not abdication. Set clear expectations, define what success looks like, and establish a feedback loop. Trust your team to execute, but verify the results.
